GRANGE THERAPY WELCOMES YOU
“Probably the biggest insight… is that happiness is not just a place, but also a process. Happiness is an ongoing process of fresh challenges, and… it takes the right attitudes and activities to continue to be happy.”
A BIT ABOUT THERAPY
Personalized attention uniquely tailored to meet your requirements.
Counselling, psychotherapy and hypnotherapy can be applied to instill self-understanding, reduce anxiety, challenge unhelpful mistaken beliefs and improve self esteem and self belief. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the client and therapist alike. But in the end, making small changes to self-defeating behavior and addressing feelings of sadness, fear, and pain may provide the key to gaining a sense of peace, freedom and and inner harmony.
If you feel that issues from your past are having a negative impact on your present life, or are preventing you from reaching your full potential, it may be helpful to attend to those issues now to enable you to fully engage in your future. Through the medium of safe, empathic, non-judgemental therapy, it is possible to challenge self limiting beliefs and to go forward with a greater sense of self and improved self-esteem.
